Help:Contents
From Javaserver Wiki
Hello, you may be wondering why your here.
Perhaps you've stumbled in from the dark, cold depths of the interwebs. If so, dont worry. Your safe now ( Just stay away from welsh.....and anyone covered in bees.... )
on the other hand, maybe someone guided you here * cough*LittleMiss*cough*
Or perhaps you had the good fortune to already know of this place. Which brings up the issue of why your in the help page.
At any rate, this place is a little confusing....
Now you probably dont have a problem with our sparkling wit and humour ( If you do, go away. Go on, shoo. ) but some context may be helpful.
This is the wiki for a fairly well established community going by the name of PCG / Javaserver.
Born from readers of the UK magazine PC Gamer, the community came into being when java created the The Java Server and has continued to this day, maintaining a fine tradition of honour, banhammers, elitism and being " A bit gay ".
Based in the steam group PCG's chat room, we're always welcome to new people. Provided you have a decent grasp of grammar, not being a dick, and just being plain better than other people of course.....
The group is open to everyone who wants to join and consists of around 10000 members.....however the core of the community can be found in the chat room at all hours. We're nice chaps really, but we've grown bitter after the millionth spam link so be careful not to appear like a spammy random or you will feel the wrath of multiple admins as they race against each other to banhammer the silleh away.
If you survive this dropping the fact you've been on the wiki will get you points, same with out forums ( Links on the main page. Why not a link here you ask? Because I cant use this bloody wiki, alright? ARE YOU HAPPY NOW?!?!?! This task will be left to more competent users than I ) Hopefully you'll enjoy yourself enough to stay for a while, We certainly did.
Finally, if this page didnt seem very helpful to you consider this.
It used to just be " If you need help, your not doing it right. "
